More Than an Event - A Brand Moment.

Gloat Live is Gloat's flagship annual event —

a two-day, in-person experience for customers, prospects, and partners.
But we never saw it as just an event. We treated it as a brand moment.
A chance to show what Gloat stands for, create experiences that leave a mark,
and build a content engine that runs long after the lights go down.

I led the full creative and content strategy for Gloat Live in both 2024 and 2025 —

from early planning, through real-time execution, to the content ecosystem that followed.

Each year, we pushed harder to make the event not just feel big, but matter.

While the event was happening, we activated a full real-time content machine.

We had a dedicated creative team on site to film sessions, pull speaker quotes, design carousels, and edit clips while the talks were still happening — allowing us to publish high-quality content in real time across LinkedIn and other channels.

But this wasn’t just about speed — it was about creating momentum.
Every post was part of a larger system: thoughtful, branded, and designed to build recognition over time.

We also made sure the event didn’t stay inside the venue.

In 2024, As guests arrived at our NYC venue, they were greeted with something totally unexpected: a massive digital billboard right across the street, showcasing their own names and faces. “Welcome to Gloat Live,” it said — not just to everyone, but to each individual. This sparked immediate buzz, real emotion, and a wave of selfies and posts on social media. It wasn’t just a welcome; it was a statement.

In 2025, we projected Gloat’s logo and creative content onto famous Manhattan landmarks — the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and more. Attendees weren’t just part of an event — they were part of a takeover.

Gloat Live wasn’t just an event — it was a statement.

And by treating it as a brand moment, we were able to multiply its impact. We used creativity and fast execution to extend its reach far beyond the room — and long past the two days it lived on the calendar.
