A Traveling Brand Experience
Gloat On Location is Gloat's global roadshow — a series of intimate events hosted in key cities around the world, designed to bring Gloat's message closer to the people and places shaping the future of work.
But this wasn’t just an event format.
It was a moving brand experience — tailored, localized, and rooted in the culture of each city we visited.
We wanted every stop to feel unmistakably “Gloat” — but also unmistakably local.
So instead of building a one-size-fits-all identity, we created a flexible brand system that could adapt to each city’s personality, while keeping the Gloat essence intact.
I led the creative strategy for Gloat On Location, translating each city’s identity into a full visual and video experience — across screens, signage, presentations, and social content.
In every city, we tapped into recognizable cultural elements and wove them into our visuals.
From the branded name tags to the speaker slides to the coffee sleeves — every touchpoint reinforced the city-specific creative.
It was about creating a cohesive experience that made attendees feel seen, and that reflected both who we are and where we were.
Even though these events were small and localized, we treated each one as a content opportunity:
We pulled key moments and soundbites from the sessions and shared them in real-time across channels — turning a local event into a broader digital conversation.
Each city got its own short-form wrap-up video, capturing the energy, setup, people, and content in a way that could be used for future promotion and post-event engagement.
Gloat On Location wasn’t just about meeting people where they are — it was about meeting them how they are. By localizing our brand identity in each stop, we created more resonance, more memorability, and more moments worth sharing. It became a scalable way to activate our brand globally, without feeling like a rinse-and-repeat tour.
