To bring Gloat’s impact to life, I set out to tell its story through the voices of the people who live it every day: our customers.
I traveled across continents to film HR leaders — capturing authentic, unscripted stories of transformation, career growth, and agility in action.
In every location, I set up a professional studio environment to ensure high-quality production, while creating a consistent look and feel that reflected Gloat’s brand.
Every video was carefully crafted in post-production with clean, color-rich backgrounds pulled directly from our brand palette.
The goal was a unified visual identity across all testimonials — not flashy or over-designed, but intentional and cohesive.
A subtle animation system added structure while keeping the focus on the speaker’s story.

These weren’t traditional testimonials.
Each video was crafted to feel like a conversation, not a case study.
What made this project especially powerful was its scalability.
This wasn’t a one-off project, but a scalable content engine:
Full-length testimonial films were used across sales, website, and events,
dozens of short-form versions powered social media, internal communications, and paid campaigns,
and micro-snippets with quote overlays were deployed as part of broader demand-generation efforts.
These stories weren’t just about product — they were about people.
And the production behind them was built to respect that.
